Summary of Position:

Provide order entry support to the Boeing Part Suppliers and TMX Aerospace end-users. Provide customer order expertise and commitment to achieving overall department and company goals.


Key Accountabilities:
• Sales Order Exceptions, Order entry, quote preparation; AOG support
• Interface with customers on an occasional basis.
• Research and problem solving
• Phone and e-mail support

Your profile

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school education, college degree may be substituted for 2 years of experience.
  • Three years customer service experience in a high volume, fast paced customer service center.
  • Strong proficiency with computer and software programs, including all Microsoft Applications, required.

 

Preferred Requirements:

  • Metals or aerospace experience
