What you’ll do as a Customer Engagement Expert:

As an ActivEngage CEE you will execute our core purpose to have meaningful conversations that build trust and encourage action. Our conversations are not scripted. CEE's need to think fast to provide a personalized experience for each consumer based on their wants and needs.

 

What you’ll need to succeed:

Must be able to type 45 WPM

Energy and enthusiasm

Grammar and punctuation proficiency

Can easily navigate website pages

Detail-oriented and customer-focused

Career-oriented and professional

Customer service experience is a plus

Fluent in multiple languages/bilingual is a plus

This is a full-time on-site position located in Maitland, FL. Training will be conducted in a remote setting. In order to be considered for hire, all applicants must have a camera, microphone, speakers, and monitor.
