Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts in the agriculture industry.
• Sell seed treatment, fertilizers, humic acid, and biologicals to ag businesses, retailers, and growers.
• Expand territory and market presence through targeted sales strategies.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in agricultural sales, preferably with knowledge of seed treatment, fertilizers, humic acid, and biologicals.
• Strong understanding of agronomy and agricultural practices.
• Proven track record of sales success and achieving targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-driven, motivated, and able to work independently.
• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, or related field preferred.

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 + Commission
