Agricultural Coop seeking an Agronomy Sales Person. This location has a new high energy manager and is looking for someone who can help grow the business. This position has unlimited opportunities for someone who is looking to advance with a strong company.
Must be able to establish business-based relationships with key customers, strive to meet customer needs by creating solutions, driven to exceed their own goals while maintaining a customer focus. Knowledgeable in new technologies & can articulate them in a meaningful manner to an inexperienced grower, have a passion to succeed with sound Seed & Crop Protection recommendations, a professional not afraid to prospect for new customers & able to manage a diverse territory.

What You’ll Do
Lead the Field with Confidence
Take full ownership of daily jobsite operations—directing crews through metal framing, drywall hanging, finishing, and acoustical ceiling installations with efficiency and excellence.
Drive Projects to Success
Plan, schedule, and execute with intention. Ensure labor, materials, and equipment are exactly where they need to be—when they need to be there.
Champion Quality & Safety
Set the standard. Maintain exceptional quality control while enforcing strict adherence to OSHA and company safety protocols.
Build and Develop Strong Teams
Lead crews of 6–30+ skilled professionals. Mentor foremen, develop talent, and create a culture of accountability and pride in workmanship.
Turn Plans into Precision Execution
Bring blueprints to life with accuracy—interpreting drawings and specs to ensure flawless project delivery.
Be the Go-To Leader on Site
Coordinate seamlessly with general contractors, owners, and vendors to solve challenges and keep projects moving forward.
