Crop Application Supervisor

Are you an experienced individual with a strong mechanical aptitude and expertise in operating self-propelled sprayers and row crop equipment? Our full-service agriculture company in Sedalia, MO, is seeking an Operations Manager to lead our crop application team. In this role, you will oversee the dispatching of Custom Applicators and manage mechanical work in the shop.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise the dispatching of Custom Applicators for efficient operations.
• Oversee mechanical work and maintenance of equipment in the shop.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Utilize top-of-the-line equipment to achieve optimal results.
• Maintain a clean driving record and possess a CDL and Custom Applicator License.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in operating self-propelled sprayers and row crop equipment.
• Possession of a CDL and Custom Applicator License.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to oversee mechanical work in the shop.
• Background in farming preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work long hours during the season.

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year + Benefits
