Role:
We are currently seeking a Salesforce Service and Marketing Cloud Manager to serve as the Technology Manager for our CRM Applications Services Team. Company CRM is a cloud services platform based on Salesforce applications (Sales/service cloud and Salesforce Marketing cloud). This role reports up into the AVP of Application Services and will coordinate the efforts of a 3-person team in support of Marketing, Contact Center and the Foundation team.
- This person will serve as the technology and people manager of an application development team for our CRM Applications Services Team within our Information Technology group.
- CRM is a cloud services platform based on Salesforce applications (Salesforce service cloud and Salesforce Marketing cloud).
What you will do:
- Hands-on Manager able to be an Architect with Salesforce Service and Marketing Support ongoing Salesforce Marketing Cloud operations, which includes QA.
- Coordinate with IT and Marketing to improve organizational efficiencies and program effectiveness
- Organize and manage multiple internal clients and project priorities
- Monitor and produce campaign reports required for business needs
- Assist in platform training and educate team members on digital marketing best practices
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years as a supervisor managing others (including full process of hiring, performance evaluations) and working alongside the business teams supporting the organizational goals
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in developing CRM technologies including marketing automation and contact center management (Salesforce Marketing and Service cloud experience is required)
- Clear understanding of Salesforce technologies and architecture, Apex coding, code reviews, process build and flow, data patterns, vendor relations, some work with regulated entities.
- Ability to solve complex technical, organizational, operational and people problem
- Ability to perform creatively and logically and a proven ability to effect complex marketing campaigns
- Excellent technical troubleshooting, code debugging, and problem-solving skills
- Salesforce Certification and an active Trailhead account
- Experience with CRM development languages (AMPscript, SQL, Apex Code) is preferred
- Experience with use of HTML
- Health care industry experience is preferred. Understanding of regulatory environment is important.
