Credit Representative

Kohler Distributing Company, a leading wholesale beverage distributor, is looking for a dedicated and reliable Credit Clerk to join our team.

The responsibilities includes but not limit to:

• Process new customer credit applications.
• Creates contact with customers with invoice processing issues.
• Issue payment commitment letters.
• Monitor Cash On Delivery or COD payments.
• Coordinate customer credit changes.
• Maintain accurate record of customer payments.

Applicant must possess the following requirements:

• At least 1 year of office/credit experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have computer skills: Internet, MS Office, Windows.
• AS400 experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of NJ Alcoholic Beverage Control procedures is a plus.

This is a full-time position paying $12.00 per hour, Monday through Friday 8:30A.M. to 5:30 P.M. The benefit's package includes: 13 Paid Holidays, FREE Health Benefits, sick/personal time, 401(k) eligibility, and vacation availability after one year of employment.
