My client is seeking a strong credentialing specialist for their growing staffing firm.
The ideal candidate will have one year of onboarding and credentialing experience, with an ability to adapt quickly.
Day to Day
· Work with recruitment to team successfully onboard contract employees
· Work with contract staff to complete internal and external medical and administrative tasks
· Follow up and document all updated licenses and medical documents
· Communicate with client contacts on the status on pending applications
· Work with temporary placements to complete required documentation for Joint Commission compliance
· Schedule background screenings and medical screening requirements for specific facilities
· Track and organize daily activity for clear communication with Recruitment Staff
· Work with Clinical Director to ensure Joint Commission policies are being executed
