Corporate Counsel

Warren Recruiting  is seeking a Transactional associate attorney in Houston, Texas interested in moving in-house to a Corporate Counsel role.  A minimum of 2 years of corporate, leasing, commercial finance, real estate and/or mergers and acquisitions experience is required.    Warren Recruiting’s client is a NYSE listed, publicly held company.

The company is located near CityCentre and the Energy Corridor and offers a balanced work/ life balance. The legal team is small, and this role will report directly to the VP of Legal.  Strong growth prospects at this stable company in Houston!  Base compensation is around $125k plus there’s a bonus target for cash and restricted stock. They also have a 401k plan and other corporate benefits.
