Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Cook to join our team at St. Louis Juvenile Detention Center. The Cook is responsible for preparing, cooking, and arranging food in accordance to Summit's guidelines. This individual will not only understand and utilize proper food safety protocol, but will also exercise caution when utilizing kitchen utensils and equipment.
