TITLE:

Consultant Teacher

 

LOCATION:

Harrold Campus, Masonville, NY

 

REPORTS:

Building Principal

 

TERMS:

Full-time, 10 months

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

New York State teacher certification in Special Education (7-12). 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

Selected candidate will provide individual and small group learning support to students with disabilities who are currently enrolled in Career Academy and Career Technical classes. Additionally, will provide assistance in basic skills instruction and implementation of testing accommodations as directed by CSE.  Successful candidate will work closely with students’ primary teachers in vocational educational setting. 

 

SALARY/BENEFITS:

Starting salary $52,991 - $79,266 per year.  Competitive pay and benefits based on BOCES Teachers’ Association (BTA) contract.
