We are looking for an experienced Construction Site Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
Manage Operational Review of Field Staff and manage subcontractor issues
Manage 95% of Subcontractor Field issues
Develop and Manage Project Daily Construction Reports
Direct and schedule crews
Help with staff training in process and procedures development for the team
Develop and Implement Project Schedule and close out schedules
Develop and Implement Close out Schedule
Manage contract notices and review owner contracts
Develop and Implement Site Logistics Plans and site inspections with local jurisdictions
Manage and cultivate client relationships and deal with issues on site
Staff recruiting and retention and performing reviews
Develop and Implement Project Specific Safety Plans
Develop and Implement Job Hazard Analysis Plans
Oversight of Safety Incident / Investigation
Oversee all operations and total construction work to ensure project is completed in a safe manner
Develop and Implement Quality Management Plan
Qualifications and Skills:
5-10 Years experience as a Construction site supervisor required
A degree in construction management required
Experience in managing projects $10-40 MM
Must have commercial experience and be able to schedule large scale projects
Must be able to manage a project safety program
Strong understanding of construction contracts
Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment
Compensation:
$100,000 to $120,000 per year BOE
