Construction Project Manager

The Construction Project Manager will assist with a critical special project to address the fire safety issues or related work within the 5 boroughs of NY. 

This is a travel job, to perform site inspections. The travel between work locations or work related will be reimbursed. 

Daily Duties:

• Prepare field report, work scope, and cost estimate and perform a site inspection. 
• Monitor and inspect lead-based paint abatement.
• Prepare field report, work scope and cost estimate.
• Coordinate the clearance inspector/contractors.
