Construction Manager

As a Construction Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects while upholding our commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency. You will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including project management, safety compliance, quality control, scheduling, procurement, cost control, and customer relations. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in safety plans and measures for assigned projects.
• Manage punch lists and ensure adherence to quality control measures.
• Prepare RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings.
• Create and implement job schedules and coordinate activities with field supervisors and foremen.
• Perform quantitative takeoffs, order materials, and price change orders.
• Coordinate warranties, O&M's, and vendor selection.
• Assist in subcontractor buyout, contract issuance, and management.
• Complete job cost control measures through financial analysis.
• Support positive customer relations and participate in the Customer Alignment Plan.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of construction experience; 5 years preferred.
• Experience with Insulated Metal Panel or Single Skin Panel estimation preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field desired.
• Ability to interpret specifications and drawings.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word.
• OSHA Certification required.
• Strong work ethic, moral ethics, and sound judgment.
• Self-starter with excellent time management and organization skills.
• Motivated and positive attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment and build strong customer relationships.

Salary and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary ranging from $105,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional development.
