Job Description:

Spiegel Industrial, LLC is currently looking to hire a Construction Foreman to join our team.

Construction Foreman Basic Requirements:

Travel, out of state based on projects

Good physical condition and mental stamina
Driver license
Drug test, includes marijuana
Background check
Computer data entry & email
Communication with clients
Own transportation for local work
Previous construction management experience, minimum of 3 years - Ability to manage teams of approximately 5 employees.
Previous industrial coating experience helpful, but will provide further levels of training.
Duties outside of managerial requirements include, but are not limited to: Abrasive blasting, mechanical abrading, priming & painting, scaffold and ladder work.

Construction Foreman Responsibilities:

Wage:

$25.00 - $40.00/hr (DOE)

Job Type:

Full-time, approximately 40-50/week

Salary:

Up to $80,000.00/year
