US GREEN Energy Technologies is currently hiring experienced Commercial and in-home or over-the-phone solar or energy efficient sales candidates for both commercial and residential consumers. US GREEN uses our Energy Management approach to assist our customers in saving money and becoming more energy efficient.
US GREEN has partnered with industry leading technologies and financial institutions that when combined allows US GREEN to provide the most optimal solution for each individual consumer we assist. Becoming a part of the US GREEN sales team you will be trained to evaluate and offer several services such as: Solar Energy, roofing, LED Lighting, HVAC, Artificial Turf, and even financing options that can help our customers become more energy independent.
But this position REQUIRES dedication and hard work. We currently offer two compensation packages for this opportunity:
1) Base salary plus commissions,
2) Pure commissions

Qualifications:
-Ability to sell company provided leads/opportunities
-Ability to self-generate leads (with monthly quotas)
-Ability to host public speaking meetings for Solar and Renewable Energy
-Minimum 6 months Solar or Energy upgrade sales experience
-Minimum 6 months “In home” or outside sales experience
-Proven record of closing deals and meeting sales goals
-Strong computer skills (will use online Solar Proposal and selling tools).
-Great presentation skills.
-Professional appearance, attitude, speech, and social skills
-Must be coachable
-Must be able to be approved through the Contractors State Licensing Board qualification for an in-home salesperson.
-No prior convictions or felonies
-Must have self-transportation
