Ceteris Portfolio Services/SRA Associates is an accounts receivable management firm specializing in debt collection & recovery. We have several positions open for Collections Specialists in our Mt. Laurel, NJ headquarters. This is a fast-paced, challenging environment, yet rewarding for creative thinkers with a special talent for negotiation and customer relations.
Position Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- One (1) year experience in call center / telemarketing / sales required.
- One (1) year experience in the collections / accounts receivable / finance industry highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and negotiating skills required.
- Excellent computer & telephone skills required.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude by focusing on solutions and promoting a collaborative, enjoyable work environment.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail and team oriented.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Bilingual a plus (any language).
Compensation:
- $500 Sign-On Bonus after 90 days – conditions may apply
