Credit Relief Exchange is looking for Collections Associates with telemarketing and tele-sales experience to join its expanding sales team. This is a work-from-home opportunity and available to any qualified US-based person. If you are an ambitious, driven individual, who can help develop a new business, then we want to hear from you. 

 

As a Collections Associate, your responsibility will be to ensure personal weekly/biweekly and annual sales targets are achieved and exceeded by utilizing your account management, new business development, and sales skills. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

 
  • Maximize opportunities for expansion of Credit Relief Exchange;
  • Discuss methods and ways to optimize the Credit Relief Exchange call scripts to increase the debtor response rate;
  • Develop new business ideas to expand the reach of the business;
  • Ensure communication and relationships with debtors;
  • Demonstrate and uphold our Company Values: Respect, Understanding, Creativity and Professionalism;
  • Meet weekly and biweekly collection goals;
  • Maintain a list of debtors that have responded to collection efforts and those that have not;
  • Create reports on ways to optimize collection efforts;. 
  • Establish relationships with debtors by providing outstanding service, support, and answering debtor questions; and 
  • Work with the wider team to resolve problems that may arise with collection efforts.
 

Salary & Benefits: The position will be for $15 an hour plus a 10% commission structure after certain metrics have been met. Company computers will be provided for all employees and should only be used for business purposes. Training will be provided for all of those who are brought on to the Credit Relief Exchange team. As a startup company, no health or other benefits will be provided.

 

EXPERIENCE: 

  • No prerequisite minimum experience needed;
  • Demonstrable sales success within promotional merchandise;
  • Ability to communicate via telephone and email;
  • Presentable and confident in face-to-face meetings;
  • General higher education or sales-training and qualifications; 
  • Strong networking skills;
  • Able to build rapport quickly over phone or face-to-face; and
  • Motivated self-starter. 
 

JOB SKILLS:

  • Listening: When speaking to a debtor, it is important to listen to why they are in debt. This will be helpful when you try to determine a solution and what level of payment the debtor is able to pay.
  • Negotiation: Working with debtors to make a payment, that is within the payment structure, or a percentage of the debt the debtor is able to pay.
  • Speaking: You will spend the majority, if not all, of your time on the phone talking with debtors. It is important to know how to speak with people who are in debt.
