Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Responsibilities:
Speak and socialize with the participants
Gather participants medical records.
Keeps all participants information confidential.
Notifying appropriate person about unusual symptoms and/or changes in condition of patient.
Assist with activity program such as exercise class, art, music, games, etc.
Performs other duties as assigned by the Nurse or Owner.

Requirements:
Ability to communicate in English effectively through verbal and written means. Spanish speaker is a plus.
Must be able to work as a team member.
Current and valid license by the Rhode Island Department of Health as CNA OR a graduate of an approved Nurse Aide training program with a 120 day temporary CNA license
Clean Criminal Background Report.
Ability to work under stress and in emergency situations.
Part Time: Monday-Friday from 9:00am-2:00pm
