Responsible for providing direct care and services to the resident and promoting person-centered care for optimal quality of life.

Using a person-centered care approach, assisting residents with restorative nursing activities and activities of daily living as required, including but not limited to: personal hygiene, dressing, skin care, mobility, toileting, and nutritional support.

Responding to call bells and alarms\alerts (ex: chair alarm).

Providing nourishment and hydration to residents and document consumption.
