Responsibilities

• Provides overall direction and supervision for new clinic site.
• Foster outstanding customer and clinical staff engagement and satisfaction
• Create action plans to improve clinical operations.
• Own quality and outcomes, RBT credentialing, and utilization KPIs

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as BCBA
• Some leadership or training experience as a BCBA
• Experience as Clinical Director or similar preferred

Compensation

•           $100,000 - $120,000 salary

•           Great Medical, Dental and Vision insurance
