CannaHealth is seeking a Clinic Manager for our headquarter clinic in New Haven CT and various other locations in CT, DC, GA, and MD:
The Clinic Manager will be interested in joining a team that is dedicated to transformational healthcare initiatives and quality care. The Clinic Manager will work closely with the President of the company and will work towards the achievement of goals and benchmarks for CannaHealth clinic(s).
Position Summary:
The right candidate will be able to work independently and provide overall administrative direction and coordination of CannaHealth Clinic(s). He/She will be a self-starter with a strong background in managing clinic(s). You MUST be an assiduous, fun, energetic, and engaging Clinic Manager with the ability to work for a fast growing company.
Administrative Duties:
Manages and oversees the day-to-day administrative operations of the clinics.
Make sure CannaHealth patients are happy and all their needs are taken care of
Handles all incoming calls and check email upon arrival every morning
Oversee scheduling for APRNs
Responsible for ordering clinic/office supplies
Ensure the clinics site and medical records are stored appropriately
Develops and implements clinic protocols, policies, and procedures.
Attends Management, Staff and QA meetings and other meetings as requested.
Oversee CannaHealth medical records systems
Maintains HIPPA and OSHA compliance at all times.
Maintains confidentiality.
Responsible for other duties as assigned by President of the CannaHealth
Community Building:
Coordinate community events and information in conjunction President of the company
Establish and maintain a liaison with community based resources.
Assist in the development and implementation of special clinic projects
Work closely with the President to recruit and market CannaHealth Clinic(s)
