Job Description:

* Participate in the pre-sales process representing the Professional Services organization.
* Oversee and manage customer relationships from a Service Sales and Delivery perspective.
* Work closely with Solution Consultants, Account Executives, and partners on developing comprehensive solution proposals for customers.
* Work with customers to develop deployment roadmaps that deliver recognizable value.
* Identify and document customer business requirements, create budgetary estimates.
* Create detailed Statements of Work for Solumina delivery projects.
* Promote and sell iBASEt Professional Services resources and abilities.
