Rainbow Academy is a family friendly daycare serving children 6 weeks to 12 years of age. We also care for children with special needs. Operation hours are from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm Monday-Friday. We are seeking candidates that are passionate about the growth and development of precious children in our care. Candidate's hours and days of availability must be flexible. We are looking for long term staff to join our team.
Classroom Floater: you will join a passionate team who truly cares for one another and strives to meet the highest standard of care and early education. Candidate must have classroom experience, clean background and clear fingerprint check. Current CPR and TB a plus, but not required at time of hire. Supervise and care for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years old. Ability to assist as well as plan and prep activities for the month, assist as well as create lesson plans appropriate for the class. Interact and communicate in an age appropriate and developmentally appropriate manner. Diaper changing, preparing bottles feeding infants, potty training and ensure a safe and healthy environment. Serving and supervising children during meal time. Keep classroom clean and organized. Have strong written, communication and multitasking skills.
Other duties as assigned: As a team, we strive to keep our daycare clean and organized, Candidate's duties will also include maintaining the cleanliness of the restrooms, classrooms and hallways.
