Chief Estimator - Commercial Drywall/Steel Stud Framing

A leading Commercial Drywall/Steel Stud Framing company is seeking a Chief Estimator to oversee the estimation of all projects. This company, nationally recognized by trade publications as one of the top in its field, promotes from within and fosters a family-like atmosphere, resulting in a very low turnover rate. This position is open due to business growth and will enable current leadership to focus on other areas of the business.
 

• Minimum 15 years of experience estimating Commercial Drywall.
• Stable work history.
• Advanced knowledge of bid management and estimating software.
• Exceptional leadership skills.

• Oversee the analysis of past project performance and help establish estimating standards for future estimates.
• Assist in overseeing the effectiveness of bid management and estimating software.
• Establish standardized estimating methods and processes.
• Train other estimating personnel in the use of standardized methods and processes.
• Have the final say on procedures, processes, techniques, and personnel decisions for assigned projects.

$150,000 – $250,000 per year
