OVERVIEW:
The Talent Advisor - Campus Recruiting is member of our Global Talent Acquisition Team and directly supports the North America intern/co-op and early career recruiting process. This role creates and executes strategies to build robust diverse pipelines, place top talent and build strong partnerships throughout the various businesses and functions.
Additionally, the Talent Advisor will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating campus and onsite recruiting activities, plus building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and staff at colleges and universities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Execute the full cycle recruiting process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates
Leverage online recruiting resources and strategies to identify and recruit the best and diverse candidates for current positions open or business critical vacancies.
Responsible for providing quality candidates to the hiring manager in a timely manner
Manage relationship with strategic external recruiting partners and third-party vendor
Build robust talent pipelines and develop recruitment strategies to fill pipeline positions in a timely and cost-effective manner
Serve as the main point of contact for educational institutions and be the liaison between the institution and the business as well as setting and driving results through college partnerships.
Serve as a talent advisor to help develop and implement inclusive outreach and recruitment efforts ensuring a diverse candidate slates in support of DuPont’s strategic initiatives.
Collaborate with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR professionals and build relationships and fully understand objectives
Act as a lead recruiting contact for colleges/universities, organizations, student clubs and diversity organizations
Manage the Intern Summer Series Program including the coordination and execution of the developmental and networking sessions
Facilitation of student employee surveys and final performance reviews conducted by hiring managers
Maintain current market knowledge and external trends and this expertise to drive recruitment expectations
Working with business professionals to develop strategies for recruiting, set calendar of events, timelines, and activities
