- High school diploma or GED with one (1) year of experience in a long term care facility.
- Updated proof of SC license/certification (if applicable)
- Experience in Long Term Care should be within three months of applying.
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Dedication to professionalism (timeliness, attendance, appearance)
- CPR
- PPD or Chest X-Ray (PPD must have a second step that is within three months of hire)
- Resume with a recounting of the past ten years
- SLED check with no felonies
