A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A CASHIER
As a Cashier at Sky Zone, you are the face of our company! While people love our clean, cheerful facilities and the fun time we offer, they wouldn't keep coming in if it weren't for the exceptional customer service that you and your team provide them every single time! There is always something to do. But, customer service is always your number one priority!
You greet every single person that comes through our doors with your warm smile, no matter how busy you are. You ensure they have a valid waiver on file, patiently answer all their questions, suggest the appropriate products, ring them up, inform them of safety rules, and make sure that they have everything they need. Your enthusiasm is contagious! Though you give each guest your full attention while assisting them, you are always aware of what's going on around you.
You also count the cash in your till at the beginning and end of shifts, ensuring that the balance is correct. And, you take great pride in keeping all areas super neat and clean including the restrooms. You like to stay busy. And you love that you get to meet new people every day, as well as regular guests that come back largely because of the great service you provide every time.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PART-TIME CASHIER / CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE
