Goshen Valley Boys Ranch, a division of Goshen Valley Foundation, is a community based social service organization that provides services for families involved with DFCS as well as in the community. We are currently seeking a Case Manager. We are a DFCS partnered agency that works with families that are involved with DFCS.

 

Responsibilities:

Provide direction and supervision of the programs and case plans of GVBR, giving support, guidance, training, and direction to the work of the house parents and other staff as it relates to the teaching, training, and counseling of the boys placed. Prepare case plans and conduct “staffing” of each boy, meet and work with each boy’s DFCS case manager in determining the needs and serving the best interest of each boy, while providing support to the work of the house parents. Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of each resident, including the required and/or desired reports, written case plans, and treatment plan. Maintain liaison with the courts and various county or state agencies. Work with the Executive Director, or their designee, in providing oversight of the residences at GVBR. Screen placement applications and present applicants to the staff for placement consideration. Such other duties and responsibilities as may from time to time be assigned by the Executive Director.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or minimum of two-three years of experience in a related field.
  • Must be of good character and supportive of the programs, policies, and ideals of GVBR.
  • Must be able to pass a drug and background check.
  • Valid Driver’s license with good driving record and proof of insurance.

 

Job Type: Full-Time
