Caregiver

This person is responsible for assisting with the vocational, community and educational activities for one person with severe/multiple disabilities within a structured Day Services program. The Adult Day Services Skills Instructor will assure a safe and clean environment for all clients and will maintain a caring attitude toward all clients, support a team atmosphere with co-workers and exhibit good judgment in all decisions.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to;

• Assisting clients in daily personal cares (i.e. eating, toileting, hygiene, etc.)
• Following individual specific care plans,
• Perform training activities,
• And document all activities specific to the daily activities of the client.

NO weekends, nights off, and holidays guaranteed!
