Mission of the Position:
- Serve as the fourth career coach at our company to continue running our value-added coaching services with clients
- Deliver high value coaching to clients to enable them to efficiently, effectively resolve career challenges and reach their goals (re: career clarity, deciding on upskilling opportunities, strengthening personal branding, job searching intentionally, and developing along overall career path)
- Support clients with holistic mindset coaching, accountability, and practical strategies
- Use your product-oriented nature to identify areas for improvement on our digital tools to improve client outcomes and support the future of our products
- Support the evolution of our coaching processes to ensure they balance consistency, scalability, and customization for our small group of coaches & future coaches

Responsibilities:

- Initial Training:
- Train/shadow with CEO & Founder to learn our novel process for career exploration, and our guidance/frameworks around making upskilling decisions, improving personal branding, job searching, and overall career management

- Understand the coaching fundamentals that makes our novel exploration process work (iterative learning and reflection; action based; user driven; open ended; interests-based)
- Train on sales processes to learn our approach for meeting with prospective clients; be comfortable and willing to run calls with prospective clients in addition to coaching calls with current clients
- Learn, observe, ask questions, notice improvement areas

- Coaching: 
- Coach clients to guide them through career exploration, upskilling, personal branding, job search, career management, etc
- Review clients’ work on their career platform and provide feedback via email/text
- Review clients’ questions and reply via email/text
- Meet with CEO & team on weekly basis to review client scenarios, challenges, continue building out procedures / process improvements

Future Possibilities:
- Support thought leadership, content, and marketing to bring unique career guidance to the public
- Help build out, run, and oversee a full career coach department
- Work with our product team to innovate and design new features to improve our platform as a mechanism to enhance clients' outcomes
- Be a key leader on our leadership team to improve our offerings, outcomes, and value

- Qualifications & Skills:
- ICF Certified, ACC - 1-2 years experience with career coaching (job searching, networking, personal branding/materials, etc)
- Comfort & experience in startups
- Interest & comfort with technology/digital tools to complement coaching
- Interest in growing with a team for 1+ years
- Interest in learning & improving upon others’ coaching practices
- Would need to have capacity to set weekly hours between 8am-6pm est M-F - Open to start at 5-10 hours/week to start & grow into 20-25 hours/week over the course of time
- Passion for helping individuals find clarity in their ideal career direction - Interest in learning about, using, and improving tech/digital coaching tools
- Scalability mindset
- Interest in and ability to see the value and benefit from systematizing, documenting, and streamlining, to more easily guide clients through common challenges

Compensation:
- Training Pay - $1K for 10 hours/week for 1 month
- Ongoing Pay - $30/hour
- Flexible work schedule - Work from anywhere flexibility
