Our Mission:
Native Cannabis Holdings - (NCH), Mission is to fund the direct production of cannabis and Hemp, along building and funding Cannabis startups.

Our newest funded startup, based in California is a groundbreaking cannabis startup, this is a market distribution in the making.
Product lines to be sold are a blend of unique cannabis compounds that together produces a psychotropic experience like nothing else, and available for sale nation wide —i.e., wide sales territory. Our newest startup also aims to empower those in minority communities who have been disenfranchised by the “new” cannabis industry.

We are looking for personable, motivated individuals that have preexisting and verifiable cannabis sales and or black-market cannabis dealer experience. (e.g.,potions merchant, rubber band man, plug, trap queen, trap king, street pharmacist)
A competitive base salary of $40,000 per year, after 45 day probation period, with an uncapped commission structure.

We are looking for earners!
With weekly and monthly incentive programs ranging from cash, trips, to 5 star vacations.
Two reps per state will be hired. Must be able to travel to Los Angles 4 times a year.
This job will require driving to meet customers, attending promotional events, working from home, being available by phone promptly at nearly all times, and working with a direct manager. You receive hands-on training from the ground up, learning from experienced cannabis industry professionals. And once you've established your customer base, and know what's needed to care for them, essentially you are your own boss.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000 - $150,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a sales pipe line via cold calling, social media, networking, and/or door to door sales. Follow up with those that are willing to discuss cannabis purchases with you and transition them into profitable cannabis customers.
  • Continue to develop those relationships while constantly being on the lookout for the next. Solicits for new business via social media, telephone, networking, and other lead sources. Be outstanding at relationship building.
  • Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, social media, email and potential client lists. Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.


Skills and Experience Required:
Cannabis sales and or black-market cannabis dealer, preferred but not required MUST be adaptive to social and networking pools Technically proficient with CRM systems Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent verbal and written communications skills Comfortable presenting Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and still meet deadlines Recent college graduate Able to travel as needed (25% local travel ) Key Attributes Necessary for Success: A true team player willing to roll up your sleeves and do what needs doing Ability to work autonomously and take ownership.

Must be more than comfortable speaking to and in dispensaries, cannabis trade shows, and other cannabis events Able to create, maintain and build professional relationships and rapport.

Must have a strong desire to grow professionally and personally Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and communication skills Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise.

Working cell phone/smartphone.
