Cannabis Business Development Manager- Native American sector

CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Cannabis Business Development Manager will be responsible for project-related research, analysis, and insight development, which includes working in a fast-paced, challenging team environment to address complex Tribal issues. Responsibilities generally include:
Project Delivery
Participate on project teams, providing support in coordination, research, analysis, and client management.
Conduct analysis of data related to ongoing business development and project work.
Coordinate and facilitate project meetings.
Perform due diligence, interviews and other data gathering exercises to support project development.
Develop documents and deliverables as needed including final presentations and case studies.

Research & Analysis

  • Provide industry and project specific knowledge, insights, and credibility.
  • Conduct financial analysis and forecasting and develop complex financial models
  • Utilize media and other resources to assist in business development and public relations.
  • Remain up-to-date on current events in Indian County.
  • Provide research for thought leadership, press releases, website content and other Native Cannabis Holdings communications.
  • Business Development & Relationship Management
  • Assist in managing outstanding client relations through all communication outlets.
  • Cultivate Tribal relationships in assigned areas.
  • Assist in identifying new project opportunities.
  • Develop marketing materials and programming including press lists, press releases, blog posts, and event coordination and planning.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Experience in tribal or other government services, economic development, management consulting, or other relevant subject area (land use & planning, infrastructure, healthcare, human resources, organizational design).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel, payroll systems, project management software, and database software.
Native-Americans preferred or someone with heavy experience working with Tribal governments and Tribal enterprises.
