**Compensation- $15hrly Guaranteed Training Pay & After Training -Base Pay 14.25hrly + Uncapped Commission, Plus Full Package of Benefits, No Cold Calling!
The Call Center Sales Representative is responsible for developing Maintenance and Protection Agreement sales over the phone from leads generated from the customer database, where all customers solicited have existing relationships with Sears or other clients.
***OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE MINIMUM 6 MONTHS EXPERIENCE IN SALES, RETENTION, or COLLECTIONS IN CALL CENTER SETTING or FACE TO FACE.*
