Title: Call Center Representative (Prefered Banking Experience)

Work Location - Remote (temporarily, candidates must be able to eventually commute onsite in Pasadena)

Duration: 6+month’s contract


Position Summary: - Responds to customer inquiries and independently resolves issues. -Displays etiquette, knowledge, and solutions when servicing customers. -Identifies cross sales opportunities; cross sells products and services, retains maturing accounts, and solicits referral business. - Possess a solid understanding of online, mobile and tablet platforms and can successfully guide customers through their application or transaction. -Navigates customers by recommending digital products and services to meet servicing solutions. - Negotiates account renewal to retain and expand customer relationship. -Processes basic maintenance transactions and guides customers to financial solutions making banking convenient and simple. -Strong knowledge of Bank’s products and services leading to appropriate solution recommendations -Consistently achieves productivity and service key performance metrics. -Ensures adherence to Bank’s policies and standards on every transaction. Required Skill Set: - Knowledge of the various operating systems available and compatible with Online Banking; Windows, IOS - Knowledge of the various browsers used/compatible with Online Banking; Internet Explorer, Safari - Knowledge of Mobile/Tablet devices and associated Operating Systems; Android/IOS - Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills.

REQUIRED:

  • Flexibility of our normal hours 5am-6pm Mon. through Fri., 6am-3pm Sat. and 8am-1pm.
  • Some work every Saturday and others work every Sunday.
  • Although we have adjusted hours now we will eventually return to normal hours and require the flexibility.
  • PHONE INTERVIEWS are scheduled between 10am and 5pm M-F

CALL CENTER HOURS:

  • The hours of operations are from 5am to 6pm Mon-Fri, 6am-3pm on Sat, and 8am-1pm on Sunday. Flexibility is a must.
  • Hours will be based on the needs.
  • Almost all Bankers have a steady schedule for work life balance however we can’t commit to a set schedule prior to hiring the employee
  • Some are scheduled for the 5am shift, others are for the 6am, and others as late as 9:30 am.
  • Some work every Saturday and others work every Sunday.
