We are looking for exceptional Customer Service Representatives to respond to a high volume of calls within a call center environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Inbound status calls
- Our skilled professionals respond to incoming status contacts from our service partners. Our representatives provide the status of the request; in progress, approved or not approved, and may be requested to read the determination letter to provide the details about why the decision was made.
- Administrative procedures
- Our skilled administrative experts will be the initial touchpoint for our incoming electronic faxed requests. Our sorter manages the incoming electronic faxes in our coverage determination application to prepare coverage determinations for processing. This includes manipulating, labeling or routing the file to the appropriate department.
- Process the final electronic notification of the decision in the coverage determination application.
- Prepare physical documents for delivery by mail
Skills:
- Must be able to work any schedule given between 6am and 7pm Monday through Friday.
- Able to maintain excellent attendance.
- Excellent Computer skills

- Ability to lift/add paper to the printer
- Ability to put a box of paper into a cabinet
- High School Education
