Job Description:

You'll provide friendly and professional call center service for those consumers who have inquires and disputes regarding their credit or criminal history and who may have had their housing situation affected by that information. Successful agent will help avoid any further miscommunication regarding  credit bureau reporting. You must love working with customers, be customer service driven and possess a friendly and clear speaking voice. You must be solutions-driven with the ability to calm upset customers. Prior experience as a county clerk or processor who aided consumers with mortgage servicing transactions is a plus.
