Business Systems Analyst

LINQM is looking to add a Senior BSA to the team.
 

Oversee the optimization of business processes and implementation of Transportation Management System (TMS)

Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Logistics Execution - Transportation Management (& possibly in WMS - Warehouse Management Systems)

Evaluate and validate functional business requirements against business needs. Translate the needs of business and articulate the functional design to meet requirements

Identify root causes and provide guidance for resolutions for testing and validation of processes and systems including  perform complex root cause analysis and troubleshoot business processes including testing and researching data integrity/accuracy

Serve as a point person between Logistics Execution & IT for addressing issues and enhancements related to the specific product and functional area

Provide design and architecture guidance to project teams to execute tactical projects / initiatives

Provide leadership and guidance to business Logistics Execution (TMS/WMS) administrators on best practices

Provide platform guidance to team members on Logistics Execution solutions

Identify and recommend innovations that significantly enhance efficiency and effectiveness of business processes

Stay current with latest platform features

Proven successful project management skills

Excellent documentation and communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectivez

Extensive knowledge of own area within the organization while contributing to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards

Extensive knowledge in at least discipline (e.g. Analysis, Design, Development, QA/QC, etc.

Substantial technical knowledge with expertise in at least one technical language or data management system (e.g. Oracle, SQL Server.)

Extensive knowledge of platform ecosystem and integration points within CRM

Strict attention to detail

Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization

Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment

Represents leadership on sections of projects within a specific area interfacing with project managers and team

Consult in project setting within specific sections of area

Adhere to all rules and requirements and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
