Position Overview:

 

This is a client-facing role focusing on customization of NetSuite products and services as well as implementation of other Cali Business Systems. You will work closely with end users and NetSuite Administrators and Developers in conducting multiple projects ranging from consulting services and technology support to full implementation successful candidate must be a creative thinker with proven business operations and financial knowledge. They will be a problem solver, fast learner, detail-oriented, and interested in learning and evolving the business.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

 

  • Demonstrate up-to-date expertise in Information Systems and apply this to the development, execution and improvement of action plans by providing advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices.
  • Lead or participate in multiple projects by completing and updating project documentation; managing project scope; adjusting schedules when necessary; determining daily priorities; ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones; following proper escalation paths; and managing customer and supplier relationships.
  • Assist in the integration and maintenance of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) with Cali Bamboo 3rd parties.
  • Evaluate alternative solutions and recommend efficient cost-effective options for process improvement and business needs.
  • Assist in the development and architecture of information integrations between NetSuite and other applications.
  • Provide customer support for new and existing integrations to multiple departments.

 

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent years of experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in collecting Business Requirements, Systems Development, and Project Management with proven solution delivery
  • Detailed Understanding of common business practices related to Accounting, Sales cycle, Purchase cycle, and lead-to-sale (including billing, revenue management, subscription software, professional services, purchasing and fulfillment)
  • Experience / understanding of the NetSuite platform and familiarity with business & ecommerce process is preferred
  • 2+ years of NetSuite administration to include workflow development is preferred
  • Advanced excel skills (VBA, pivot tablets, advanced functions)
  • Superior quantitative skills with a focus on data-drive decision making
  • Superior planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong Software Development Lifecycle skills
  • Strong team player with solid interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate with various departments and external organizations
