Alfa Pride Financial is expanding its Business Funding Division and is actively recruiting Independent Business Loan Brokers to generate, structure, and close funding deals nationwide.
This is a 1099 independent contractor role designed for self-driven professionals who want access to a deep lender network, strong underwriting support, and a clear path to earning on every funded deal without volume quotas.
If you are motivated by flexibility, uncapped income, and the ability to offer clients real funding solutions across multiple products, this role is built for you.
What You Will Do
As an Independent Business Loan Broker, you will manage the full deal lifecycle:
- Prospect and engage small business owners nationwide
- Conduct discovery calls and funding needs assessments
- Package deals and collect required documentation
- Work with in-house underwriting and lending partners to place deals
- Present funding options and close clients
- Maintain relationships with funded clients for repeat opportunities
- This is an end-to-end role, not referral-only.

- Working capital and revenue-based financing

- Short- and long-term loans

Compensation

Lead Flow, Training, and Support

You will receive:

- Sales scripts, email templates, product brochures, and flyers
- CRM access is not provided. Brokers may use their own systems.
