Business Development Representative

TechLink Systems is seeking an entry level Business Development Representative to cultivate relationships with both Enterprise and Mid-size businesses in the New York City area. This is a blended Inside/Outside Sales position where the ideal candidate will be able to cultivate interest from our target clients to promote our technical staffing services.

Responsibilities:

· Use contact methods that include phone, email, Social Media, Networking, and in person meetings to make contact with key individuals, and decision makers to present TechLink’s Staffing Services

· Identify appropriate buyers in target market and build pipeline of qualified leads and prospects

· Must be comfortable with conducting face to face meetings with potential new clients to cultivate a business relationship.

· Creative thinker who can find ways to turn a “no” into a “yes” and get in the door.

· Basic understanding of CRM software.
