3B Staffing LLC is looking for an experienced BDM, that has been in the staffing industry for 5+ years and has managed/built a big book of business already.

Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager:

• Prospect for potential clients using various direct methods such as calling, face-to-face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking.
• Make formal sales presentations and follow-up calls to prospective new business accounts.
• Actively sell against competitors & Develop proposals and manage client negotiations.
• Build client relationships at the “C” level and with hiring managers who purchase IT consulting services to maximize requirement opportunities.

Must-Have:

• 3+ year’s experience in sales/ business development in staffing.
• Experience with selling large, complex staffing deals
• You must have the experience to manage and build a book of business in the past, leveraging contract labor, and have go-to relationships with direct clients or MSP/VMS models to leverage and generate new MSA’s with our company. (Big Plus).
