What your day will look like ...
- Partner with hiring managers to fully understand their hiring needs and define a matching sourcing strategy
- Write/post technical job descriptions
- Cultivate relationships with local clients and gain industry knowledge through sales calls and in person meetings.
- Develop a pipeline to place IT professionals into full time positions with our clients
- Source potential candidates on platforms, like LinkedIn, and other social media sites
- Review resumes and perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicant's abilities
- Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions)
- Participate in events and conference to network to meet potential candidates and clients
- Set up effective offer strategies and close candidates
- Nurture candidate relationships and keep potential candidates warm and up-to-speed for future opportunities
Perfect fit if you have...
Minimum experience / skills
- 2+ years of in-house full-cycle recruiting experience
- Proven track record of having recruited in technology
- Proven track record in B2B sales
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong client-service orientation and relationship-building skills; comfortable working with various types of people in different contexts
- Proficient with social media platforms
- Experience with sourcing passive candidates
- Able to juggle multiple and competing priorities

- Four-year college degree
- Pre-existing contacts within the technology industry
- Passion for technology
- A tendency to keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products
