• 1-3 years of inventory management, replenishment and allocation experience
• High level of technical proficiency using Microsoft Excel and Access to analyze large volumes of data
• Retail supply chain knowledge
• Excellent statistical/quantitative analysis skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and customer types/levels
• Excellent communication, prioritizing and problem-solving skills 
• Ability to be a team player and to foster a commitment to teamwork among associate
• Bachelor's Degree
