Summary
Provides expertise and consultation in the overall business process outsourcing process from identification through post-implementation.
Essential Job Functions
- Provides analysis and documentation of client requirements to provide appropriate data to project development and implementation team for client(s).
- Commercial Lines Property and Casualty Insurance knowledge
- Knowledge and experience with Property and Casualty Policy Administration Software
- Creates client-specific process flow charts and templates, manuals, handbooks and other outsourcing documentation.
- Identifies additional product/services opportunities in client organization and refers to business development team and/or more experienced personnel.
- Maintains currency with industry trends and forecasts. Recommends modifications and/or new processes to maintain competitiveness in the industry.
- Provides leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, computer science or related field preferred
- Six or more years of business process outsourcing, consulting or systems implementation experience
- Experience working with business processes
- Experience working with information technology applications and infrastructure

- Ability to conceptualize, design, develop and apply business and management consulting applications and services
- Ability to strategically assess clients' business and identify improvement opportunities
