The Rainbow Universe Pageants brand is growing swiftly and we are inviting other businesses to join us in this growth so we can help them grow too. So we created the BAB (Brand Ambassador Buddies) Membership for like-minded business owners that are either starting out fresh or are just looking to connect with other business owners for more exposure, clientele and a bigger presence. This membership is brand new and in the beginning stages of building our membership and we are looking for someone like you to help us do that. We need 3 leaders that are willing to do the work to help build this membership, plan workshops and clubs and plan events to keep the membership thriving and exciting.
Duties:
- Recruit new members to join BAB – business owners of all kind
- Plan hosting events, workshops, webinars, mixers, networking parties and membership activities for all members
- Organize and prepare region and location connections for simpler leadership
- Conduct phone interviews to confirm membership interest and determine if they are a good fit for our membership
- Conduct informational webinars for all interested business owners
- Contribute to discussions on social media and our Might Networks page
- Gather business resources to share with our members
- Obtain new contacts and partnerships as well as bring in your own current contacts
- Solicit sponsorship for discounts, deals, marketing opportunities and merchandise for clients

Requirements:
- Must have your own business or ready to start one
- If you are a current business owner you need to have a significant number of followers or working on building your numbers (the purpose for this is to make sure we are reaching as many viewers and followers as possible)
- You must be 16 years old or older to be a BAB Leader
- Internet and social media savvy
- Excellent with all Microsoft programs
- Knowledge of marketing methods and strategies
- Knowledge of business building methods to teach, train or coach new members
- Be willing to donate any amount of your revenue to a charity of your choice once a year
- Agree to our guidelines and code of conduct
- Refer at least one new client on a monthly basis
Education:
- Currently attending high school, college or a graduate from either
- Any degree
- Social media rock stars are a plus
- Some business or entrepreneurship skills are required

Company Description:Rainbow Universe Pageants is an inner beauty pageant system that caters to youth ages 13-24. We produce unique and innovative pageant productions as well as provide an array of youth services and programs to promote and motivate youth to excellence. Our youth contestants participate in pre-pageant workshops to prepare them for their competition and all of the attention they will be receiving as contestants.
