Job Description:

  We are looking for a bookkeeper/admin assistant.  The qualified candidate will be responsible for invoicing, posting of payments, bank deposits, reconciliation of accounts, payroll, financial reports, monthly and quarterly tax payments, purchasing of materials, matching vendor invoices with purchase orders, vendor payments, administration of company benefits, backup to sales associate and any other duties as assigned. 

 

The qualified candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in accounting and bookkeeping to include payroll processing and tax knowledge.  The qualified candidate must have 3 years of experience in Human Resources.  The qualified candidate must also have a can-do attitude with a willingness to help out in other areas of the company.

 

The position is a full time position with a competitive wage and benefits.  Monday – Friday day shift.
