Position Summary
This position requires a highly organized individual who possesses strong initiative and has the ability to complete multiple projects
in a deadline driven environment. This individual must be able to communicate effectively and understands the need to work in an
integrated manner with other members of the department in furtherance of goals, objectives, and knowledge.

Job Essentials, Responsibilities, Duties

  •  Analyze client engagement economics to determine current and future margin goals to ensure client by client profitability.
  •  Produce financial, operational, and statistical information from multiple sources for use in decision-making and performance improvement initiatives.
  •  Interpret and analyze volume of information to uncover meaning beneath the data. Upon identifying meaning, integrate and condense data to paint the picture that shows trends, patterns and opportunities that support innovative and enlightened thinking and decision making.
  •  Build modeling to help identify hour efficiencies for business management teams to understand team efficiency optimization.
  •  Partner with Corporate Accounting, Business Management operations and HR to ensure billing and client analysis is being considered for staffing and other employee-related decisions.
  •  Identify, implement, and manage tools to increase efficiency increasing client profitability and to assist in revenue forecasting.
  •    Review, analyze, and identify low profit clients to determine plan to move towards profitability or identify appropriate exit strategy.
  •  Develop and support monthly and other reporting to help improve decision making across all levels, including dashboard reporting of company’s key performance indicators.
  •  Use technical and database knowledge to evaluate, recommend, implement & streamline system and process optimizations.
  •  Develop and support of multiple databases with inputs from various key systems including: Aderant, CCH Access Practice time and billing, QuickBooks, Excel and other databases.
  •  Assist in reviewing the time data for accuracy and further processing of client billings.
  •  Maintain strict level of confidentiality.
  •  Perform other duties as assigned.

Specific Job Knowledge, skills, and Abilities

  •  Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact across the organization.
  •  Extremely detail-oriented to create accurate and timely reports.
  •  Strong work ethic with a positive attitude & a fit with the company’s culture & values. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Pivot, Analysis ToolPak).
  •  Identify, drive, and implement change opportunities and initiatives.
  •  Excellent Organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to create, plan and successfully execute projects; the ability to meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  •  Ability to juggle multiple, high-priority projects, with a keen attention to detail.
  •  Ability to assess size and scope of contemplated transactions and to tailor contracts and negotiation effort accordingly
  •    Superior analytical and writing skills and ability, together with strong business and financial acumen.
  •  Proven track record of outstanding performance in a previous job.
  •  Results-oriented, strategic critical thinker, and planner.
  •  Analytical forethought when self-managing and prioritizing deliverables.
  •  High capacity to manage people through inspiration, accountability, education and execution.
  •  Keen ability to assess resources internally and externally, and to mobilize.

Qualifications

  •  MUST HAVE ADVANCED EXPERIENCE WITH ADERANT SOFTWARE.
  •  Requires 3-5 years relevant experience with emphasis in database management and business analysis.
  •  BS in Accounting or Finance, with strong academic record. Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office preferred
  •  Experienced Change Management Leader.

Salary range: $65k – $80k
