Job Responsibilities
- Ensuring employees know what benefits are offered by the company.
- Answering any questions employees have about their benefits.
- Conducting presentations that educate employees about their benefits.
- Keeping up-to-date records of each employee's benefits profile.
- Conducting presentations that educate employees about their benefits.
- Coordinate benefits processing for new enrollments.
- Collaborate with payroll and ensure that employer contributions/reimbursement are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Other duties as assigned
Job Skills & Qualifications
Required
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Experience in human resources and/or benefits management
- Experience with Microsoft Office / GSuite
- Accuracy and attention to details
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong teamwork skills
Preferred
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources
- 2 years experience
