Western Colorado's premier healthcare facility, Valley View Hospital has an opportunity
for a full-time Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor in the Youth Recovery Center (YRC). This position manages and monitors daily unit activities, supervises staff, plans and coordinates the delivery of quality clinical care for clients, utilizing specialized knowledge and expertise related to adolescent addiction and mental health treatment; and acts as a resource for clinical issues. The YRC is a unique, in-hospital residential treatment program that has been helping adolescents, ages 15-18, work through substance addiction recovery and address mental health needs for the past 33 years.

Required:

• Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling, Social Work or Marriage and Family Therapy (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
• Colorado License (DORA) in one of the above related fields.
• CAC–III or LAC Certification is required
• BLS or obtained within 6 months of hire.(AHA)
• 3-5 years supervisory related experience is required.

COMPENSATION
Base Salary - $65,700 to $92,000
